Everyone does.
Is that enough to make you set up an exercise regiment and STICK TO IT? Or take what you eat into consideration? If not, why not? Laziness? Too much on your plate? Don’t feel like dealing with it? How important to you is it?
I’m going to put it out there. Call me crazy, but...
I WANT TO LOOK GOOD NAKED.
Yes, even in my 40s, I care about what my body looks like.
And when I know I’m looking like a hot mama, I’m feeling like a smokin’ diva. And as a bonus, I’m actually doing something good for my body and my soul.
It doesn’t matter what the excuse is.
The bottom line is this: DO YOU WANT TO LOOK GOOD NAKED?
Do you want to feel good about yourself? Do you want to have a better sex life? Be desirable and wanted? Do you care about your health and the kind of example you are setting for your children?
If you answered "yes" to any of the above questions, I have a solution. Here are a few steps you can take to make you look good naked.
1. Push your body in a physical way one hour a day.
There are 7 days in a week, 24 hours in a day. You only need one!
2. Eat REAL food.
Fruits. Veggies. Protein. Get rid of all that stuff in a box or bag.
3. Get some sleep.
It's tempting to stay up all hours of the night working or watching TV sometimes, isn't it? Your nervous system needs a break. Your kidneys need some love. Get some sleep.
4. Give some lovin' to those around you.
When you give you, you get back. We all need nurturing from those around us to make us feel comfy and secure. When we feel supported, our hormonal levels become balanced and it's easier to maintain our optimal weight.
5. Reduce your stress load.
Remember, you aren't the only one who has a million things on your plate. Trust me. We're all busier than we can handle. So take a step back and breathe. Take a walk. Take a bath. Play with essential oils. They've worked magic for my stress levels.
All of these steps will improve your physique, your mental and emotional wellbeing and will help you to maintain a healthy lifestyle AND they'll help you look good naked.
